Deer Hunting

Last weekend our two sons, Eric n Jim along with Jims girlfriend Shawna went deer hunting, Eric got a 8 point buck....Story goes this way...buck weights a lot Eric went to find Jim and Shawna to help drag buck up MOUNTAIN ( A HILL )....Jim tied buck and lifted onto shoulders, half way up the hill with Jim breathing heavy and Eric breathing heavy just from climbing (MOUNTAIN) HILL...Shawna says I have a harness ..( Eric and Jim wanted to shoot her)..they harness the deer, come to a tree thats down Eric to Jim will have to go around this tree, Shawna to (men ) boys, NO we will move the downed trunk..they moved truck, shawna trips, cuts face from truck, Eric lets go strap, slams shawna into tree,,,by this time it is dark, shawna is holding flashlight while Jim and Eric struggle with (BUCK)...Jim says I cant see, Shawna says well then here (HOLD THE FLASHLIGHT) well deciding rather or not to shoot Shawna they finally get to truck, Eric cant breath, and wanting a cig,..Jim and Shawna are full of ENERGY DRINKS...Eric says stop at store I need cigarettes, Shawna says you cant breath now and u want cigaretts...Eric which said to Shawna and Jimmy....well you two are full of liquid steroids (energy drinks ) your telling me I cant have a cigarett...Well needless to say Eric got the cigaretts.....

Havent blogged for a while....things are going pretty good here at 516 Beech St. We have been getting veggies from the garden...greenbeans and corn are really good...little league football has started stanley has the first and second graders this year....Stan is running for city council in November wish him luck...He will probably be Falmouths worse nitemare...lol....:).......summer is just about over pretty soon winter will be on us again.....snow, snow, snow......School will be starting in about four weeks for the kids here in Pendelton County...August 21st they say...Schools in Harrison County are starting sooner......Ariana made the 6th grade cheerleading squad for the Middle School..she is also cheerleading for little league football, which is her last year for this.....Kennedy will be playing soccer again this year I hear they have 28 soccer teams this year...good going!...Taylor will be in kindergarden all day....all of our grandchildren are growing so fast...we have 19 you know and 5 great grandchildren....our grandaughter Ambers' fast pitch softball team is making a trip to Indiana in August to have a practice game with the Olympic team..........hope to go see this...she pitches i think they said 63 miles per hour and she is only a Freshmen (will be sophmore this year) she goes to school in Clarksville Tenn....I could go on and on about our grandchildren but it would take for ever...

The Final Episode!

Today was Chads' last Sunday to preach at Antioch....We went to the second service and I have never seen the church that full...They also said the first service was a full house too....I am going to really miss Chad...We started going to Antioch when we moved back up here from Florida last April...But we didnt start in April though I think it was around end of May first of June...We were trying to get settled in ..We were getting ready to close on the home we had just bought along with getting everything in order...We still had a few pictures too hang, Lonnie told us you said you would gladly come up and help finish up the picture hanging...lol... Chad you will be missed...I got used to your humor you were starting to get almost as good as Lonnie! Please don't be a stranger, you and your new family are welcome here at anytime....The Best of Luck to you in what ever your future holds......

New Babies

Well the babie deliveries are over now for this family for a while, hopefully a long while..Our grand-daughter had a little girl ( Adyson Nicole) on March 31st, and our son Lonnie and his wife Cathy had a little boy on Easter Sunday April 8th ( Roger Alexander, Alex for short)..this makes 5 great grand children and 19 grandchildren....Happy Birthday to All of you....

I don't know!

Just had to post about this...Went too Lonnie and Cathy's this morning and watched Landon...I walked on in the door cause Lonnie is usually still in his castle...sitting in the recliner watching cartoons was Landon...I said Landon, where is your daddy, He looked at me and schrugged his little shoulders and said "I DON'T KNOW'....Mamaw!!!!!!

"NADA" KENTUCKY BETTER WIN TOMORROW NIGHT. OR I WILL BE THE UNHAPPY CAMPER.....HAVE A LOT RIDING ON THIS GAME TOMORROW NIGHT ITS CALLED "I TOLD U SO DEAR".....GOOD LUCK KENTUCKY!
